Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Fleetbook (the "Service"), a web application for tracking vehicles, machinery, service schedules and related documents. The Service is provided by Arel projects, established in Israel ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Merchant of Record Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns, and is responsible for the collection and remittance of sales tax and VAT on our behalf. Your payment card statement will show a charge from Paddle.

## 2. Accounts - You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. - You are responsible for all activity under your account and under the accounts of any team members you invite. - You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

## 3. Subscriptions and billing - The free plan allows up to 4 vehicles and a single user. - Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. Extra seat packs are billed monthly per pack of three people. - You may cancel at any time from the Billing page or through Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then. - Prices are shown before purchase and may change with at least 30 days' notice, applied from your next renewal. - If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend paid features after Paddle's retry period.

## 4. Refunds Purchases are covered by our refund policy, which allows refund requests within 30 days of payment. See the Refund Policy page for the full terms.

## 5. Acceptable use - Do not use the Service unlawfully, or to store unlawful, infringing or malicious content. - Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or its infrastructure, and do not probe, scan or overload it. - Do not resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without our written permission. - Do not upload malware or use automated means to scrape data beyond your own account.

## 6. Your content You keep all rights to the vehicle records, documents and images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content and for its accuracy.

## 7. Intellectual property The Service, its software, design, trademarks and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

## 8. Suspension and termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if payment is not received, or if required by law. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from the Account page; deletion permanently removes your data.

## 9. Service availability and disclaimer We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Reminders, expiry highlights and service schedules are informational aids only — you remain responsible for meeting legal inspection, insurance and maintenance obligations for your vehicles. The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

## 10. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data beyond our reasonable control.

## 11. Changes We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
